Subscription
Sabha has kept the subscription rates unchanged for more than 15 years. During this period costs have gone up and the bankinterest rates have fallen steeply generating decreasing amount of interest income every year. The small surplus created on some events are also being used up to meet the operating costs instead of augmenting the reserves. Taking these factors into consideration, the subscription rates will be revised as follows.
